Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
She will perform secretarial tasks such as taking or transcribing dictation from superiors and type memoranda and correspondences and/or compose memoranda/correspondences. She will prepare and file confidential documents and ensure its upkeep and safe keep under lock-and-key. She will handle telephone calls of superior; screen and refer calls to concerned party. She will make an appointment, and arrange meetings, conferences, etc. She will request for the purchase of, receive delivery and control issuance of office supplies, medicines and drugs that may be requested by employees. Responsibilities:
He will perform tasks related to the control and stocking of materials, documenting, monitoring, and reporting of stocks of materials in accordance with the standard safekeeping and inventory procedures. He will receive delivered supplies and materials and will inspect/ check if these items are in accordance with specifications. He will issue local and imported material & supplies and spare parts to various operating departments (Installation/Service Groups) and will ensure proper recording and control of these materials. He will prepare and submit monthly stock status report of imported materials. He will receive and check incoming importation/trouble report and ensure proper documentation of receipt thereof. He will receive and check returned materials or spare parts and will ensure proper recording through Return Materials Report (RMR). He will assist in the annual inventory taking and will submit required reports to document inventory adjustments (if any). He will perform the tasks of the stock clerk in his absence and will perform other warehousing-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

SCANNING CLERK

Responsibilities:
He/She will be responsible for the effective operation of scanning devices and organizing of electronic copies of IEE’s important documents. He/She will be tasked to produce copies of documents for retention purposes. The scanned documents must be legible for future reference, hence, he needs to make necessary adjustments for clean scans. He/She will also be responsible for organizing scanned documents on various local network file storage devices, maintaining the security and integrity of all files and ensuring that no document is lost or accidentally discarded, and assigning record numbers to each file in accordance to their dates and types.

Requirements:


• Graduate of any four (4) year course

• Positions are open to PWDs who are not impaired from performing the abovementioned duties and responsibilities

• Must have a working knowledge on various PC based software

• Must be honest, of good moral character, and able to keep a high degree of confidentiality
