Diesel Generator Department
Responsibilities:
He will provide information to the Vice President for trends and development in the diesel generator business. He will supervise the department in the formulation of sales and marketing strategies for unit/parts sales. He will also supervise the department in the formulation of the after-sales service/installation and warranty treatment. He will represent the company in coordination meetings, social functions and associations where the company is involved. OFFICE STAFF
Administration (Assigned to E/E Installation)
Responsibilities:
She will coordinate with Sales and Engineering Department on the proper turnover giving attention to details such as contract provisions, special arrangements, specifications and commitment on completion. She will see to it that the turned-over drawings by the Engineering Section are in proper order as to clarify of the scope of work. She will closely coordinate the status of the project inspected for pre-installation, in order for her to prepare the quarterly installation schedule. She will assist his superior in the preparation of periodic reports. She will closely coordinate with Accounting Department on cost data of the projects and will advise her superior regarding abnormal cost for proper correlative actions. She will assist her superior in the overall control of collection activities particularly the timely billings of accountabilities, keeping an updated record of status of accountabilities, and follows up directly the payments of special accounts assigned to him. She will closely coordinate with the stockroom personnel on the proper management of the installation tools and equipment. She will assist her superior in the department’s jobsite meetings and coordination meeting, if necessary. She will also be responsible for the timely application until approval (including payment) of the Mechanical Permits and Permits to Operate of elevators / escalators / dumbwaiters for installation projects and will see to it that all related company and government requirements are complied with at a minimum cost acceptable to the company. She will coordinate with the Engineering Section on the timely preparation of permit drawings so that mechanical permits are applied / secured before the shipment of imported equipment or before the start of installation. She will perform other installation related tasks that may be assigned by his superior from time to time.

Requirements:


• Graduate of any four-year course.

• Must have good communication skills and can converse both in oral and written English and Filipino.

• Can relate effectively to all types of people in the organization and establish good contact and relationship with the staff of various government agencies.

• Capable of negotiating effectively with other trade contractors / clients.

• Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.

PROJECT INFORMATION SYSTEM (PIS) ASSISTANT
(Assigned to Diesel Generator and E/E Sales) VisMin based
Responsibilities:
He/She will prepare purchase orders to principals, follow – up clients’ payments, coordinate both to principals and clients regarding Indent & Local Orders. He/She will encode Project data / information related to SAP. He/She will prepare hard copies of reports as necessary. He/She will assist the sales staff in developing and improving the data encoding system to ensure accuracy of information and quick generation of reports. He/She will prepare routine inquiries / replies and other correspondences for project information-related matters including indent and local orders. He/She will advise / remind sales personnel of the pending specifications and payment of clients (T/T & L/C), etc. He/She will assist in developing and improving filing systems. He/She will maintain the proper organization of computer files. He/She will perform other related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:


• Graduate of any four (4) year Computer course.

• Experience in export / import business is an advantage but not a requirement.

• Must have at least six (6) months experience as Computer Encoder.

• Must be proficient in both verbal and written communication.

• Must be computer literate (MS Office: Word, Excel & PowerPoint).

• Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.

PURCHASING STAFF
Administration (Assigned to E/E Installation)
Responsibilities:
She will check purchase order draft (POD) slips if such requests to purchase are approved. She will type purchase orders (P.O.). She will route purchase orders (P.O.) to authorized signatories for approval. She will send purchase orders (P.O.) and other information to the suppliers. She will answer suppliers’ telephone calls and inquiries. She will file and ensure upkeep of purchase orders (P.O.) and all other purchasing-related documents. She will update and will maintain various records, files, etc., relating to administrative matters and ensure their safekeeping and easy retrieval. She will perform other purchasing-related tasks that may be assigned by the superior from time to time.

Requirements:


• Graduate of any 4-year secretarial course.

• Must be proficient in both written and verbal communication.

• Can relate effectively to different levels of people in an organization.

• Must be computer literate and has a working knowledge on various PC based software.

• Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.

SECRETARIES
Administration Department (Assigned to E/E Installation & VisMin based)
Responsibilities:
She will perform secretarial tasks such as taking or transcribing dictation from superiors and type memoranda and correspondences and/or compose memoranda/correspondences. She will initiate the preparation and development of written reports required by her superior at an acceptable format of presentation. She will prepare and file confidential documents and ensure its upkeep and safe keep under lock-and-key. She will handle the telephone calls of the superior; screen and refer calls to the concerned party. She will make appointments and arrange meetings, conferences, etc. She will request for the purchase and receive delivery and control issuance of office supplies, medicines, and drugs that may be requested by employees. She will perform other administrative-related tasks that may be assigned by her superior from time to time.

Requirements:


• Graduate of (4) years Business or Secretarial course.

• Must have at least one (1) year experience as Secretary.

• Must be computer literate and has a working knowledge on various PC based software.

• Can type at no less than 30 wpm

• Must be proficient in both written and oral communication.

• Must possess a pleasant personality and of good moral character.
